Fjell Flow
Outdoor movement, nature, and real connection — guided with structure, felt with freedom. You’ve been in nature, but when did you last feel it?
Fjell Flow is a new experience in the making for people who want to move outdoors without pressure, reconnect with themselves & others, and feel more alive in nature. Not a rigid yoga class. Not a retreat. Something more human, grounded, and open.
This
–> Body-led movement at your own pace
–> Adaptive guidance, not a script
–> Nature as material, not backdrop
–> Connection without pressure or comparison
Not this
x Perfect poses
x Fixed sequence you follow
x Pressure to perform
x Spiritual framing
x Feeling out of place
A different kind of outdoor experience
Structured freedom
It’s guided like a ski session, not taught like a rigid class. There is shape and safety, but the experience adapts to the people, the weather, and the place. The guide adjusts to the group.
Connection > comparison
The goal is not to get anything right. It’s rather about feeling at ease in your body, connect with nature, and leave feeling more open, alive.
Nature-led
The environment is part of the session itself. Ground, air, rain, terrain, and atmosphere shape the experience – that’s where we bring in friluftsliv.
What is Fjell Flow, what to expect?
Fjell is the Norwegian word for mountain — wild, open, uncontrolled. Flow is what happens when your body stops performing and starts moving. Together: outdoor movement that responds to where you actually are.
Fjell Flow is an outdoor movement experience rooted in body awareness, nature, and real human connection. It build on the elements of yoga, but it is not centered on poses or performance. Think guided exploration, breath, simple movement, shared presence, and space to arrive as you are. No tools or mat requipred. No flexibility needed. Just show up.
Potential sessions to choose from:

Morning Reset
45–60 min · calm · beginner-friendly
Gentle outdoor session to begin the day feeling grounded, awake, and more alive in your body. Breath, simple movement, and space to arrive without pressure. Great if you want something calm, clear, and accessible.

Social Flow
60–75 min · social · group session
A more social format with partner or group-based prompts, playful movement, and shared energy. Best for people who want to move, meet others, and feel part of something together.

Nature Pause
90 min–half day · immersive · Individual or group
More spacious experience shaped by the location. Expect walking, pauses, breath, and simple movement that helps you notice your surroundings more, slow down, and reconnect with nature.

Recovery Flow
45–60 min · mobility-focused · active bodies
More purposeful reset for people who hike, run, ski, train, or simply feel stiff. Mobility, breath, and down-regulating in a way that still feels grounded and outdoorsy.
Most likely these would begin as small-group sessions, with some formats later adaptable for private sessions or larger public versions too.
Who is it for?
For people who want to reconnect with movement, nature, and others without feeling judged or out of place. Beginners, shy people, active people, burned-out people, and outdoor-curious people in any fitness level are all welcome.
